Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and insured transit.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original Georgia Boot box and secure them inside a sturdy outer shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
